Yolie knew she wanted to do hair from a young age.
In 2007,  she decided it was time to start her journey as an accomplished hairdresser. She attended the Cerritos College Cosmetology program where she eagerly participated, becoming class president, volunteering her time/skills to the community, earning awards for her work, completing programs, and ultimately graduating with honors in 2008. 

Her mentorship took her to an exclusive boutique salon at the Box in Costa Mesa, Ca. There she learned to work alongside some of the best stylists in the industry, and collaborating her work for major magazines.

One of Yolie's proudest accomplishments has been working as a Hair color educator and Technical advisor for one of the largest Japanese Hair color companies in the world, Hoyu Professional.     

Earning her the title of Master Colorist, with 10+ years of Hair color theory, technical, and scientific experience and knowledge.
